Multicast alerting - traffic

Unsure if this is possible, and from what I've seen in the alerting engine it isn't... but good to get some expert eyes on it.

I would like to alert when multicast traffic on network devices falls below a certain traffic level (or hits 0)... however I only want this alert to be triggered when the network device is actually participating in the multicast group, in the below examples, I want to omit those with a pruned flag:

Any thoughts on whether this is possible or not?

I think this would cut back on the alerts that I see - I actually turned my alert off today until I could find a better way to hone this Multicast Monitoring & Alerting.
