NPM primary server move to a new server

I try to move my the primary NPM SLX to a new serve

When I start the wizard on the new machine (win 2012) I get that...

...

Is that because I need didn’t shutdown the old primary sever?

look for a new SQL instants in the same machine?

Did not have any problem to move the APE ...

This is a pre-requisite to the software installing. Did you check the Programs to see if this was installed on the server? If not, you'd need to download and install. This helps SolarWinds talk to the SQL server I believe.
