adding a Bandwidth line in graph

Wondering if there is a way to add a "bandwidth" line (rec/xmt) for the "Min/Max/Average bits per second" graph of an interface.

Yes, you can add a bandwidth line to any graph using the Custom Property editor.

I would like a little more in depth on how this is donw as well. I have tried to follow the directions but my charts are not displaying the line on the chart. Not sure if I did it correctly or not since the directions for doing this are pretty vague.
