Specific Alert Trigger Condition

Hello!

I am trying to configure an alert on NPM 11.5.3 (Trial version) in which I am ICMP polling 10 nodes and if packet loss of greater than 30% is observed on any of 3 nodes (out of 10 nodes), the alert should trigger by using following condition:

The alert triggers fine when 30 % packet loss is observed on 3 nodes but I am having issue in the email generated in result of this alert. What variables should I use so that they can show which nodes are having problem?

If anyone can help me on this or guide me if this is already discussed in any other thread. Thankyou!
