HOST-RESOURCE-MIB on Linux/Solaris

Could someone please point me to a website or explain how to load the HOST-RESOURCE-MIB in Linux/Solaris and pull all cpu, memory and disk space info from it. I have compiled host support into net-snmp and still can only monitor disk space and memory usage. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
