NPM sending node rebooted notifications for Wireless AP

Hi,

I've recently installed Solarwinds NPM and everything appears to be working great apart from one Wireless acess point. I'm getting emails every 5 minutes stating that the node has been rebooted. I've access the Wireless point and it says that it has been up for over eight days. In addition to this I have set a continous ping running to the device and left it for an entire day and it hasn't dropped a single packet and during this time I have received at least twenty rebooted emails.

Does anyone have any idea why it would be happening for one node?

problem with false reboot alerts was fixed in latest available NPM release: 10.1.2

Please can you check which version of NPM you have and update to 10.1.2 if your one is older. In case you already use 10.1.2, please open support ticket under customer portal so we can investigate your issue in details.
