Trying to import custom graphics in Orion

Hi, I created some custom bit map graphics from Windows Paint program and I wanted to import those graphics so that they may be used as graphics for nodes/graphics.
How do I import my bitmap graphics into Orion?
The version I am using is version 7.8

All of the graphics for the web are stored under inetpub on the web server. You can replace any of the graphics you like, but know that your customizations to graphics will likely be overwritten on upgrade.
