I want to apply hotfix 1 to NPM 10.3. However, the instructions in the readme file are not as clear as could be. Instructions read:
To apply this hotfix:
1. Log on to your SolarWinds server as an administrator.
2. Create a backup of all files in C:\inetpub\SolarWinds\bin\. Note: C: is the default install volume.
3. Replace all files in C:\inetpub\SolarWinds\bin\ with the files provided with this hotfix.
4. Click Start > Run.
5. Enter "iisreset", and then click OK.
There are 111 files and one folder in C:\inetpub\SolarWinds\bin\. Am I to delete ALL files in this folder, and replace them with the FOUR files in this hotfix? If so, should I be deleting the folder named "ja" that is in C:\inetpub\SolarWinds\bin\ as well?
I ask because of the 4 files in the hotfix, only 2 of them exist in C:\inetpub\SolarWinds\bin\.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

I received the answer from solarwinds support. Just copy the four files to the appropriate directory, and replace the two that exist.
