I did not receive any points for registering or attending Thwack Camp 2019

I successfully registered for Thwack Camp 2019, but never received a confirmation email.
I was able to attend via the links posted each day.

Further, I never received a session survey for either day, so did not get any points there either.

Any idea how this can be resolved?
