Manage Nodes button goes to wrong location

When I click on Manage Nodes on either my home page or the link on the Orion Website Administration page, it takes me to my home page rather than to the Node management page. However, if I first go to a Node Details page and click on Edit Properties in the Node Details resource, I can get to the Node Management page through the crumb trail link on the Edit Properties page.

Config wizard repair of the website did not fix it. Neither did removing and then re-adding the Node Tree to my view.

Next step call support? Any ideas?
