Current setup: Windows group accounts have a timeout set (60 minutes), and auto-login enabled.
User experience:
1. Start of day, open browser, browse to Solarwinds, auto logs in.
2. Idle for >60 minutes.
3. User clicks / refreshes, immediately gets static login box
4. Users have to type in their AD credentials
5. Users moan to me
I'm told (by my boss) that it would be better to keep a timeout.
Is it possible to get Solarwinds to auto-relogin the user? If not, I'll just disable the session timeout for these users (keep the timeout for our static Solarwinds users).
