Connecting Orion Application with Database on one server and the application on the other having an error

I am using windows server 2008 on one server where Application (orion NPM) is installed . And my Database is on other server with SQL server 2008 Standard Edition . I have done all the configuration but when I am running the configuration wizard it is giving the error the error is as mentioned below . Its a week end and I need to resolve this on urgent basis any help will the great

 

error is

Database configuration failed: 
 •  Cannot add index (PK_CustomPollerStatus) to CustomPollerStatus -ExecuteNonQuery failed for Database 'NetPerfoMon'.
