I have a strange one to ask the community.
We have an Excel spreadsheet which produces a number in one of its cells.
Is there a way to create an alert to check the number and activate if it exceeds a threshold?

We have a small script that checks for the replication backlog on DFS. We use this to give us an proactive warning that there maybe an issue that could affect replication.
Its simply a number in a column on the spreadsheet and if its above a certain threshold activate an alert.

Why not just use an application monitor for DFS on the node(s)?
I can't find one that monitors the specific backlog number?
Unless you can point me in the right direction?
