SNMP Monitoring Issue - Netvanta 800 Series

I'm currently using Network Performance Monitoring interface monitoring on Netvanta 800 series (specifically 814 and 818) devices in my network. After upgrading the software load to vJ04.04, the interfaces that I am monitoring via SNMP are no longer showing statistics. For example, the Min/Max/Avg BPS is showing a constant Rx and Tx of 0 bps. I can correlate this to the time that the upgrade was performed. SNMP walk still functions, and removing and re-adding the interfaces does not fix this issue. Is anyone else experiencing this or has experienced this that knows of a solution?
