Orion NPM migrating

Hi,
I'd like to migrate my SolarWinds NPM v 7.4 to another management server. In this server I'd like to install the latest Orion version with the data of the old server.
Can you help me about the correct steps of this migration? The correct path of migration is 7.4->7.8.5->latest version?
