Can i monitor Oracl database with Orion?

It depends what you need to monitor. I assume you want to monitor more than a simple ICMP response or SNMP info from your Database server.
APM has features dedicated to monitor Oracle databases:

actually i was asked by my database admin what you can monitor with ORION form his oracle database running on Linux.
one thing i found is in APM i can monito oracle process running on machine, and can generate alert when process is not running.
what else i can monitor any thougts? i didnt find any thing helpful on likn you provided.
The Oracle User Experience Monitor in APM goes further than testing if the Oracle process is running.
