Node Down

I've just installed Orion 7.8 and I have 2 servers that show as 'Node Down' on the web. Also, I can't ping the boxes from the System Manager but I can use Remote Desktop to log in and Node Resources to display the configuration. Also, I can ping the boxes from the O/S command line.

The ping packets being sent by Orion are too large for these servers.
You can adjust the amount of data being sent in the Orion System Manger - Settings tab.
Just remove some of the text sent in the ping packet.
