Problem Installing NPMv10 SP1

Hi Guys,

Hopefully I didn't miss another post or FAQ regarding this somewhere.

I'm attempting to upgrade to SP1 and I get the following message when I run the update.

Any thoughts? I'm running this as Administrator and the path and perms appear to be correct.

Same problem here. Already tried to manually stop all solarwinds related services that I could find... probably forgot some, just don´t know which. Any help is appreciated.
