User Accout (autologout disable)

I am creating a helpdesk solution with our Orion V7. We have 2 operations centers and one helpdesk that is staffed 24X7. I have been able to create an accout for these users that shows our network map. Is there a way to make sure that this account is never automatically logged out?

Check the settings page in the Web administration;

"Session Timeout xxx minutes

The number of minutes of inactivity before Network Performance Monitor will automatically logout a user. "

Actually, a value of 0 will not set it to infinite timeout. In fact, in older editions, it can actually break the website. I would recommend setting it to 1440. That's 24 hours in minutes. Then you just have to log in once a day.
