ok, I know I'm looking right at it but... How does one get alerts to repeat? They trigger fine, but when co-workers unnamed fail to address the problem, I need to annoy them until action is taken.
you can edit the action (the one that sends the email) and in the tab "Alert Escalation" you can find options to repeat the alarm
Thanks. I make light of the problem, but two of the servers that are problem childern run sheriff connunications and emergency dispatch. As you might suppose, they are demanding customers...with reason
