Solarwinds Information Service V3 stops when creating/editing dependency

Hi,

We recently had issue creating/editing dependency and getting the error below. We also noticed that Solarwinds Information Service v3 stops and back up again after a few seconds everytime I create/edit a dependency. Support told me to run the query below but the issue remains the same, case number is 944196.

Anyone experiencing the same issue or ideas on how to fix this?
