Add UDP Values to map tooltip

Anyone know how to do this?

I can add the following to the map, but is there a way to use a UDP in a tooltip? I've looked around the forums but I'm not sure how to write out the variable correctly.

SerialNumberSW4 "${CurrentValue}'

The OID is 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.5.1.3.1.1.26.4
