Custom Resources in Version 12

I just upgraded to version 12 yesterday and I'm having trouble figuring out how to get my custom resources to show up. Does anyone else use custom resources?

I'd also like to know how to edit existing resources, since the files are all pretty much empty or non-existent anymore.

Thanks. I think I'm going to replace my custom resource with a Custom Table resource, which is something previously unavailable. Neat!

I have also made some modifications to an Interface Details page (/Orion/Interfaces/InterfaceDetails.aspx), but the changes do not show up on my Additional Web Server. It used to be I had to make the changes to the same file on that server, but now it seems like all the files have been replaced with 1KB pointer files. What do I need to do to make sure my changes get propagated to the additional web server?
