SNMP - 1 NIC / Multple IPs

I have 1 NIC interface with multiple IP's assigned to it on a Windows 2k3 system. When I configure Orion to poll from one of the IP's I receive a failure. Due to the setup, I'm not able to poll using the secondary IP. How can I enable SNMP polling from the main IP on the NIC?
