Nodes showing multiple times

Within the last couple days we are having the nodes show up twice in the Node Management list but the node count remains true.  We have not made any significant changes to our system as it is stable.  We are using SP5.  Any reason this may be happening?

In order to receive technical support, you will need to be current on your SolarWinds maintenance. Complete the form. You will not be able to upload your Orion diagnostics, but you will receive an email back that allows you to upload diagnostics.

Also, I'm going to mark this for the PM in case it is a known bug and he can verify.
