Alam Notification with Attention

Anyone ever use a script to interface Orion with Attention Paging software? Some examples will be most appreciated...

Does attention paging software support ascii text files as input? If so does it have a polling mechanism to look at a directory for new text files?

If the answer to both these questions is yes you are in good shape. You can simply run a perl or vb script from the execute program portion of the Alert system. If you need specific examples let me know. We have done this using WinBEEP 32.

No...it does not use text files. Orion would need to pass the variables to Attention directly...
