Monitoring services

is there a way I can monitor services and get alerts based on the following

(windows 2003 and 2008 32 and 64 bit)

Services running that become un responsive

CPU usage

Memory

Disk space

basically if anything goes over a alotted amount or a service stops running I want a e-mail sent out to a e-mail group stating machine x: service: y stopped working.

how can I do that.

The Application Performance Monitor module for Orion NPM will do those things nicely. Do you have it installed?

DOwnloaded the trial said i needed to be service pack 3 to use it I downloaded the service pack upgraded the NPM and now when opening the "System Manager" I get "unexpected error; quitting"

and I still cannot install the APM module.
