Expired Solarwinds Maintenance support

I have a valid NPM version 12.0 license working in my old server, but the maintenance of this license expired 10 months ago.

Can I migrate NPM from the old server, to a new server, using solarwinds license manager, without active maintenance support ?

Yes you can you just need to deactivate your licenses using license manager and the reactivate on the new one but you are missing out on a lot of great new features staying on 12.0.
