Can you remove the top banners?

Hello Guys, I have a problem in alignment with changing the banner, I configured the mainlayout.css but only in Mozilla and Google Chrome are

aligned the menu bar but in Internet Explorer is not good. please help!

The SolarWinds logo and links can be moved from the website.  We offer an OEM license with this functionality.  If you are interested, please contact OEM Sales at SolarWinds.Net.

I think the fact that the solarwinds EULA states that you cannot remove reference to Solarwinds.net is riduculous. This is a registered product and we are not in the business of marketing for them. Next version should have the option to remove references to solarwinds.net.
