I uninstalled WSUS 3.0 and broke the Orion NPM Web interface. How do I recover?

I moved my WSUS installation to another server, installed ORION NPM, APM, and NCM on my original server. Imported and configured hundreds of devices. The web interface was on http://servername:8080 , The SQL database is on another server. Everything was working well. I then noticed that I hadn't uninstalled the original instance of WSUS. "Why I'd better get rid of that," I thought to myself. So I uninstalled WSUS and broke the web interface to ORION. 404 - the page cannot be found. In short, I screwed up.

Do I need to reinstall all the modules to get the web interface working again?

Before attempting to do a reinstall/repair, first re-run the configuration wizard and reconfigure the website. There's a really good chance that will get your system back up and running. If that doesn't help, open a support case. They'll definitely be able to help work through other issues.
