Problem with migration to another server

Hi, I need your help please.

I have a SolarWinds version 7.0, and I need to migrate to another server, but, when I type my costumer ID, and the password, the application show me the following error:

"You have no licenses for Orion - NetPerfMon v7 SL250 available."
