Monitoring Exchange Cluster using Orion w/ Application Monitor

Hi. I have two MS Exchange Servers on my company's network running a cluster that can be passed between the two. Is there any way to monitor the cluster as a service and setup and alert if the cluster is moved or goes down? Thanks.
