Application unknown state

Hi All,

we are receiving application down alert stating that services are unknown state in most of the time but while checking we see the services are running good .

why we are receiving this alert frequently ?

Is there any thing we have to check from solar winds side to correct the alert?

yes , we did it but no clue.

We resolved this in one particular instance by changing the polling to 64 bit.

Change between 32-bit and 64-bit polling

I did a change of polling to 64 bit but few application ,it is working fine & few of application giving the unknown alert frequently after change done.

Is there any other way to reduce?
