Orion Website Error

Question

After logging into Orion NPM, I encountered the following error.  Any ideas?

Funky. If you can make sure the IIS website and IIS application pool are running, try to browse to the page again. If you get the exception about "Bad file name or number", I would try to debug that using a Process Monitor trace (to find out what file it's talking about).

Since you're a trial customer, there are people in the sales org that can help you get up and running. Or we can work through it here - whatever you're comfortable with.

The problem has multiplied.  Any ideas?

I followed suggestions from another post made 10-28-08 regarding Orion 9.1 Issues Following Upgrade, whereby I allowed additional accounts access.  Now I cannot browse the login page.  Within IIS, I cannot right-click Browse to the page either.  The IIS Default Page browses just fine, so it doesn't appear to be an issue with IIS itself.

After running the Configuration Wizard for website, I now get the following error:

Website configuration failed:  
 •  Web Request for /Orion/Login.aspx failed -  The underlying connection was closed: The connection was closed unexpectedly.
