Polling engine down

Hi All,

All services related to solarwinds are running and the events are not updating. polling engine shows down as per the webconsole. can anyone suggest how to fix it.

I looks like you are on a pretty old version. Are you able to upgrade to a newer version? If so, please call support of assistance in the upgrade.
