What is the process to move the nodes from unknown vendor to associated/correct vendor?

Hi All,

Sometimes when we add the nodes it adds by default in unknown vendor but again when re-add the same (without deleting the old one) server or delete the old one, it adds in associated/correct vendor what can be the reason for the same.

What is the process to move the nodes from unknown vendor to associated vendor?
