RFE: Interval Lock

Here's a feature that would be quite handy in the Orion System Manager.
Be able to lock a node in a way so that its polling and stats intervals cannot be changed by the change-all function.
For example, I watch my three NPM machines on a 1-minute interval. However when I want to change all the stats collections for all my deployed devices, I end up changing the intervals for the NPM machines.
It would be nice to keep these three boxes out of the mix with a checkbox option.
