Cannot logout when using Pass-through security

We recently upgraded from v9.5 to v10 SLX and use Windows pass-through security accounts for all users. Administrators also have a local account and when they need to make a change will log out of the domain account and log on to the local administrator account. Since the upgrade to v10 no one can log out using IE or Chrome. It is possible to still log out using firefox but we have some admins who would prefer to use IE.

Does anyone know of a work around to allow users to log out when using Windows Pass-through Security under NPM 10?

You can't really "Log Out" when using Windows Integrated authentication once you've logged in to Orion. You're only option is to close the browser to end the session. Because in most cases all other tabs and browser windows are child processes of the main iexplore.exe instance you generally have to close all your Internet Explorer browser sessions to successfully log out of Orion.

not being able to log out or rather log in with a different user (to test out other profiles to see errors operators are talking about) made me not use pass through, otherwise I would use it!

alterego, I can accept that, but it is a shame as we had gotten used to doing this under NPM v9.5. Thanks for the reply.
