Cannot launch ping or traceroute application after upgrading to 8.5

I upgraded from 8.1 to 8.5 and whe I click on the toolset icons on the top right of the Node Details page, I get the following error:

"Error: Unable to start Ping, Both Hostname and IP Address are missing. I found where the script is beign pulled from (IntegrationIcons.ascx), but I cannot figure out how to make it pull the ip address of the node. All other functions on the toolbar work correctly. The script language is "C#" and not JAVA. Does anyone have the same issue or know how to resolve this?

Haven't come across this one yet- Try to Run the Orion installer and try a Repair-

I ran across this issue this morning as well. If I run ping from the drop down menu it works, but the ping icon on the right side of the screen it comes up saying "unable to start Ping, Both Hostname and IP address are missing."

Which version of Toolset is running? There's a known issue with 9.1 where you have to launch a tool directly first. Once that's been done, you can launch from the web console.

I get the same error as Tom when clicking on the Ping icon in the upper right. Same with the traceroute icon.

I'm using 9.1 and I have launched the tool first.

I am using 9.1.0 and I have launched the tool first. I still come up with the same error. I have already reran the wizard a few times as well as uninstall and reinstall the toolset. Nothing has worked. I did notice that the code was changed for this toolbar on the upper right of the Node Details Webpage, but it was not changed for the toolbar that is within the advanced node details. The ping and trace work from that toolbar.
