Database Manager Error

hi

when running the database manager , the following error occurs:

"The installation of Solarwinds Tool is corrupt.You will need to reinstall it.

Error Code:SWL-1001"

Moreover, i removed the solarwinds and re-installed it again but the same error occurs.
