As you know within Orion there is an "Exceptions" field where bits of information can be added, ignore alerts stuff like that.
However the company I work for was wondering if its possible or if its being considered to introduce a visual representation of an exception for a particular nodes. For example on another platform I have seen a different symbol i.e a construction man, then when you mouse over it gives details of what the exception is.
I.E Date of exception to start date for it to end and other information
And as a function of this, when the end date of the exception is reached an e-mail is sent out to the relevant individuals/ teams so normal monitoring can be resumed.
Is this something you guys are looking at introducing or is the feature already available?
