Error in loading DLL

I have just installed the software and upon rebooting the server and attempting to start the Orion System Manager I receive an error Loading DLL when trying to connect to that server. On the screen behind that you see that it's trying to connect to the policy server. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated as I'm demoing this software with a serious intent to buy.

What OS are you running? What version of Orion?
Did you install via an RDP session into the server or directly at the console?
Does your account have admins rights on the server?

I suggest you re-run the install & setup wizard from the console.
Call Solarwinds support if you are still having problems, they are very helpful!
