Embed web page in email alert

Hi

Is it possible to display the actual web page in an alert trigger? It seems to convert a link to a PDF and this cannot be read by an autoimatic ticket system

Unfortunately non of these solutions will work for my Ticketing system which is DataTill

I can get all the info I want just not displayed in the email...in a PDF only !
