Report Scheduler link problems

When I have report scheduler generate emailed reports, the links do not include the host name of my web server. The links start with /NETPERFMON/........ I have called tech support and the only solution they could give was to update to latest version of Orion. This did not fix the problem. Anybody seen this?

This issue was addressed in v 9.5.

Objects linked from within reports emailed using Orion Report Scheduler are now referenced using a full URL, instead of merely a path relative to the Orion server.

If you are using 9.5 and are still having this issue then I encourage to open a support ticket to troubleshoot the issue and please reference this thread.

This does not appear to have been resolved, even in 9.1

All mail clients we have tested do not work. It appears as if the HTML behind the links in the message is written incorrectly so as to point to a local folder rather than "http://{NPMWebServer}/NetPerfMon/..."

We are also amazed that this issue has not been resolved since 2008. We just purchased the product and one of the main features we required was functional email based reports. Now we find out after the purchase the system is completely broken as far as links embedded in the messages. VERY disappointing ... Further after contacting tech support they seem clueless about the problem. This needs to be resolved ASAP or we will be requesting a refund..
