I am currently running NPM 9.5.1 SL2000, APM ALX , NTA for NPM SL2000, IP SLA50, NCM DL200 and the Engineer Toolset. I am getting ready to upgrade to NPM SL2000 to NPM SLX.
My question is: Does NPM and NTA size still have to match. I used to have NTA 50. I had to upgrade to NTA 2000 because NPM/NTA was changed years ago so that NPM and NTA had to match license size. Is that still the case even with the new version 10?
I still could get by with the NTA 50 license I had have years ago. Do I have to purchase the upgrade to go from NTA 2000 to SLX so it matches the NPM SLX. I hate to waste $5,000 on a NTA upgrade for something our company will never use beyond the 40 flows we currently monitor..
