question about Universal Device Poller

i need to monitor the VPN Tunnel info on our Nokia system. i want to model the UnDP like someone has done already with Checkpoint VPN info.

the Nokia VPN OID I require starts at 1.3.6.1.4.1.94.1.41. - but i can't read it or it is not available.

what would prevent this OID being available when I use MIB Browser? Is it the operating system version or hardware version or Solarwinds does not support it in their MIB data file or what?

 If you're getting the message "OID is not supported", that means that when the UnDP makes a request of the device using that OID, the device doesn't recognize that OID.  It has nothing to do with our MIB database--the UnDP can poll a device not in our DB.

In short, it's probably the device or its OS.  You might try doing a MIB walk of the device using Engineer's Toolset.
