Top 25 Low Disk Space Report

Hi,
Could someone point me in the right direction on creating a report that shows the top 25 systems running low on disk space? I have NPM version 7.8.4.

Open the Report Writer and click the New button. Select Current Status of Nodes, Interfaces, etc. and click OK. Give the Report a Title and then click the Select Fields tab. Add the following fields; NodeName, Volume Caption (this will be listed just as "Caption" under the Volumes group), and Volume Percent Available. Set the sort method for the Volume Percent Available field to Ascending.

Now on the Top xx tab, select the second option Show only the Top xx Records, and type "25" in the text box. Preview the Report to ensure these are the results your are looking for, and then save the Report.

If this does not give you the results you're after, let me know.

That is exactly what I was looking for, thanks! I also created filters, so I will only see actual disk partitions, not Virtual Memory, Swap Space, Memory Buffers, etc. That seems to work fine.

One issue I am having is the first 17 volumes do not have a value. It is just blank. The last 8 start at 0% available and increment from there. This happens regardless of my filters being applied. Any idea?

Actually, It looks like I fixed it by adding a filter for Volume Percent Available "is greater than or = 0". Please confirm this was the right approach.

Yes, this is the filter that I would apply to hide the unknown values. The blank values are most likely from devices that were unreachable via SNMP during the last poll.
