We have unmanaged the node while rebooting alert was triggered ??

We have unmanaged the node until one day. server team rebooting. alert was triggered.Please suggest on this

We are using NPM-12.2 and SAM-6.4

First thing to do is check the alert trigger, can you stick up a screen shot of the trigger it uses?

Just checking, but does your trigger have an unmanaged exclusion?

Try building a new Node Down alert, from scratch and see if the problem still occurs.

If can recreate the issue with a new alert (with an unmanaged exclusion) you may well have a bug, have you raised a case?

I am getting the error for servers only.

Trigger condition and everything is fine
