Symptom: 78XX phone not sending Call statistics in the 200OK. Conditions: This feature was removed as a part of CSCum48921.As a result of this the phones with latest firmwares will not send call statistics. CSCum48921fix made the phone to send no statistics as the phones sends 0 in the MOS field. The CUCM DE confirmed that the CUCM can accept MOS value of zero. Please see the comments from DE below: "From the CUCM perspective, it will not validate the values of ?VQMetrics? in ?RTP-RxStat? header, so a value of 0 would be accepted by CUCM and it would not validate or throw error in these cases. " Workaround: none So this is a limitation of the new 78xx phones. None of our new endpoints will report MOS scores. It was considered not a relevant way to report on voice quality. The PCA (Prime Collaboration Assurance) tool looks at the network statistics and bases voice quality on that, but it is not a MOS score. >
My 7945G cisco phones will provide MOS scores to SW VOIP and Network Quality. But
the 7821 give nothing regarding MOS. Anyone know what the problem is?

Anyone familiar with PCA? Can it feed solar winds?
