Sometimes support works well, other times like today it not only makes me want to scream it hamstrings me.
I put in a ticket this morning that my APM install was down since a clean install.
I got a few timely emails the last of which was a link the a KB article. I still have issues and I have emailed them back a few times. Several hours later nothing.
I email my rep for help.
Hours later, nothing.
I am beyond sick of this kind of situation.
My APM install is hosed and all I get is the finger.
